All About Steve is a psychological thriller directed by Haley Franzen. Set directly after the summer of love in 1969, the film follows two young woman hitchhiking across America. They become lost and disoriented, and seemingly luckily for them at the time, a strange young man named Steve takes them in and gives them shelter in his shack in a backcountry swamp in rural Ohio. The relief of having shelter quickly turns to dread as the girls realize that theres no way out of this swamp, and there’s something not quite right about Steve.
